What an absolute gem this place was! After what can only be described as a horror hotel experince, this hotel was an absolute paradise. To say that the staff here are friendly and welcoming would be an understatement. The rooms were immaculate and very homely. We are so thankful that we decided to book with this place and would recomment them to absolutely anyone of any age. This would definitely be our go to hotel every time when visiting Amsterdam. Honestly could not fault it one bit!!!

This hotel was truly lovely. It was my second visit to Amsterdam and my 3 friends and I stayed here for 3 nights. The city centre was walkable (about 15-20 minutes) or you could get the tram which was just at the end of the street. Tram tickets can be super cheap if you buy a 24/48/72 hour travel card so hopping on and off became very easy and natural. There are cafes within 5 minutes walk and the hotel also had a cosy cafe on its ground floor. There is also a bike shop close by which was lovely to hire bikes and cycle around Vondelpark (10 minute cycle). The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. For 4 of us, the value for money was excellent. I love Amsterdam as a city and would happily return for a 3rd time and stay here. I couldn’t find any fault in this hotel. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The hotel location was good, it's not in the center of the city but the tram to the city is only a 5 min walk and very efficient. The hotel staff was friendly. I was wanting to get laundry done and he was willing to do it but stated it wasn't really a service that they offer. I ended up not having my laundry done because my stay was short but I really appreciated the gesture. I booked a solo room I believe and it was decent size and the room was clean. The only thing is that there's no AC which I did expect, so if you're looking for a place with no AC this is not the place for you. Otherwise my experience here was good.

The hotel’s location was perfect. Not very far from attractions and the room was very spacious. I liked the design of the room too, basic yet colorful It doesn’t have AC but the weather was perfect. The reception was small and it has a small restaurant.

We stayed as a family of 4 (our daughters are 9 and 11) in a family room which consisted of a queen bed and a set of bunks. We arrived early so our bags were stored and moved to our room when it became available. We are travelling for a month so have large bags which took up most of the spare floor space, but the room is otherwise simple but provides all that you need (the bathroom is again very small but functional). The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is walking distance to the museums (or a quick tram). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travellers, if you’re looking for somewhere simple given you’re only showering and sleeping (and spending all of your other hours enjoying all that Amsterdam has to offer :)
